HORMONALLY CHARGED EXERCISE
Exercise can be one of the most frustrating aspect of losing weight. Many of my patient complain to me that have spent countless hours exercising and yet have not lost a pound of body fat or even any weight. In fact, some people yet have gain weight from exercising! This happens because the wrong exercise program can cause your hormones to work against you and actually trigger muscle loss and fat gain.
