Essential Fatty Acids

Essential Fatty Acids, Fats a bad rep. For years, the health industry and food manufacturers have all fats, good or bad, bundled and have told them from our diet. However, there are two sides to the story of fats. It is absolutely right that you should aim to completely eliminate the "bad" fats, like trans fats and saturated fats. However, there are the "good" fats, also known as essential fatty acids, which are so useful and important for our wellbeing, but unfortunately we are chronically deficient in them.

As mentioned already mentioned these Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs) are necessary because the body requires absolutely sure they work, but it can not manufacture them itself. It relies on us to these lipids, namely Omega-3 and to consume omega-6. These fats are so important that even if we completely eliminated the bad fats in our diet, we would still die eventually, if we do not swallow any of these essential fatty acids. ALL this within a few weeks properly deleted EFA supplementation. My father was on his way to osteoarthritis of the shoulder (annual cricket!) And could not lift his arm above shoulder height. After a month on the fats it smooth functioning again. He could not believe it and spread the word to all his friends, who all also felt similar benefits.
